I assume Rufa is seeting up usergroup permission and he simply just removed access for registered users (like not members etc.) to the guild part of the forum.
And he hasn't set up or promoted any "regular" guild members to their respective forum ranks, which means, you are like a simple visitor right now.
On the other hand, you can feel free to spam the forum with advertising and foul language so that I can infract you and ban you for 10 days!
